Super Bowl Weekend (February 12, 2023) was an excited weekend, with many events leading up to the big day, and plenty of activity after that as well!
One of the Super Bowl Week Events that the MereStone Audio Visuals Team was proud to work with was the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee VIP Event. The AV Team was responsible for setting up and managing the VIP Event for the big day, ensuring the event ran smoothly. Our goal was to make sure the 2023 Host Committee looked good!
The Audio Visuals Team takes command in an event like this beginning with the setting up of the stage area and uplighting. Attention to detail is key here to make sure blind spots are minimal and lighting is optimal, as this was an indoor event in a darker room environment. We assisted as well in setting up the décor, as well as tear down after the event was over. MereStone’s fabulous Print Team was also involved in the production success with the vinyl wrap of the stage podium. We can’t express our appreciation enough to all of our hard-working and dedicated team members for their commitment during the Super Bowl events week!
Also at the Arizona Biltmore and the Paradise Valley Country Club, our audio visuals and print teams were the MVPs helping to make each space look very crisp for the CEOs and other VIPs mingling while enjoying the Super Bowl. These events included uplighting, custom 10×20 foot graphic walls and Truss set ups.
