We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Prospect & Engage: Manage cold calls, lead generation, and solicitations to identify new opportunities. Take ownership of sales meetings with potential clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Strive to become a trusted advisor for clients, always anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee logistical details with the production team like room setup, audio-visual needs, transportation, housing, catering, and more, ensuring every aspect of the event runs smoothly.
Maintain High Standards: Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions, both with clients and within the company.

Manage on-site crew and installation: of audio, video, lighting, scenic elements, and effectively handle logistics for assigned programs in pre-production and execution.
Work effectively with internal staff: as well as our partners and vendors to ensure event objectives are met.

Project Planning and Scheduling: Engage in meticulous project planning and scheduling by devising comprehensive plans that detail timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to crystallize project requirements and expectations and manage project schedules with a sharp focus on timely delivery.
Budget Management: Take the helm in budget management by estimating project costs and developing detailed budgets with the finance department.
Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts that secure competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Coordinate the logistics of material delivery and subcontracted services.
Vendor Management: Expertly manage vendor relationships by sourcing and overseeing external suppliers for materials, fabrication, and printing services.
Quality Control: Assume responsibility for quality control by supervising all aspects of the fabrication and printing processes to meet established quality criteria.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including designers, fabricators, printers, and installers.
Sales Team Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with our sales team and liaison between the fabrication and print teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Construct and assemble: set pieces, props, and other scenic elements based on design specifications.
Collaborate: with designers, directors, and other crew members to ensure seamless integration of all components.
Maintain a safe and organized: work environment in the scene shop.
Operate and maintain: power tools and machinery.
Assist in the installation and striking: of sets during production.
Ensure all work complies: with safety standards and regulations.

Managing audio-visual inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and facilitating the efficient flow of equipment in and out of the warehouse.
Receive, inspect, and catalog incoming equipment.
Prepare and pack equipment for outgoing shipments ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage.
Collaborate with technical teams to schedule routine maintenance.

Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
Create detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical systems and components.
Ensure designs meet or exceed codes and standards for mechanical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, system designers, and technical writers to develop and implement designs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and installation guides.
Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accurate and precise designs.
Perform system design and analysis using CAD software to ensure compliance with system design standards.
Maintain and update CAD designs as needed to reflect changes in system requirements or design specifications.
Develop and implement 2D animations of mechanical systems and components to enhance design understanding and communication.
