Merestone had the privilege to produce virtual content for Decked in Ohio. Decked is known in the fleet/commercial industry for its safe and innovative truck drawer systems and toolboxes. They also have an impressive facility which is the perfect environment for product demos. To communicate with their distributors, Decked hired Merestone to produce their virtual meeting on-site. In addition, Merestone shot pre-recorded content within facility. This included opening messages at the start of each video segment. On the production side, Merestone facilitated the live Q&A at the end of each session.

On-site Digital Content Creation, Streaming, and Live Q&A
Using a small crew, Merestone worked diligently to complete the pre-recorded content. This included shooting, editing, lower-thirds, and PowerPoint integration for all videos. Our team used a combination of drones and Steadicams to show off the Decked facility. Additionally, our videographers took turns shooting and editing to stay on schedule and assemble footage quickly.
With virtual and hybrid meetings, connecting with the audience is key. In this case, Decked needed to communicate with dozens of distributors.
