Forever Living

Believe it. Achieve it. Live it. This was the mantra for Forever Living’s massive Global Rally in 2021. Bringing together business owners from over 160 countries, the Global Rally was an ambitious endeavor that required an experienced production partner to assemble the whole picture.

Merestone delivered with an exciting three-day virtual event produced from our Tempe studios. We were able to recreate the atmosphere of a live event, seamlessly connecting attendees and guest speakers from all over the world.
At the very heart of the Global Rally was Merestone’s 210-degree LED video wall, which allowed studio hosts to interact directly with virtual on- screen guest speakers and attendees. In addition, Merestone created and managed 25 separate zoom breakout meetings for the event. Each room had production support.

With the right software and crew in place, Merestone was able to offer a complete event experience that mirrored the excitement and benefits of a traditional, in-person event. Attendees could discover new products, share business strategies, gain inspiration, interact, and be recognized for their success.

Recognition is paramount in an era of virtual meetings. In previous global rallies, attendees would be called on stage to receive awards and bonuses. Merestone gave attendees their chance to shine within the framework of our studio set and digital content creation.
