What do you get when you combine the tech industry’s biggest names, Infusionsoft’s own development experts, and top leaders in the app world? The annual ICON User Conference brings these innovators together for a thoughtful, content-rich three-day user conference.
Merestone Productions planned and produced the entire event, from general session to trade show. To deliver the ideas and information on stage, we rigged 12 screens throughout the general session space. Merestone also produced the breakout rooms which featured live streaming, along with a VIP lounge experience and interview room for attendee testimonials.
To create an immersive ICON experience, Merestone incorporated signage and lighting throughout the venue space. We created #ICON moments with our displays and foam photo ops which helped our client continue the discussion online and build awareness for next year’s user conference.
