Our Team has had the distinct honor of producing many Super Bowl Week events for each Bowl Game held in Arizona. The 2023 game will mark Arizona’s fourth time hosting. The first was in Tempe in 1996 at Sun Devil Stadium. It was an honor to produce events leading up to the big game.

Super Bowl XLII in 2008 and Super Bowl XLIX in 2015

For the last two Super Bowls, Merestone was selected as the official production company for the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee. Our primary focus was producing the VIP Sponsor Party Gala. Working in concert with each year’s committee members, Merestone designed compelling spaces and produced local and top-name entertainment. In addition, we created a vision for the high-profile sponsorship event. It featured leading brands from all over the world.

We produced top-name entertainment acts featuring Kenny Logins as the headliner in 2008 and Darius Rucker in 2015. The Merestone team provided audio, lighting, staging, atmospherics, backline equipment, roof systems, and generator power for both concerts. Additionally, Merestone provided staging and support for many small and mid-sized national and regional acts. This included in-house décor items and custom one-of-a-kind fabricated scenic elements. We also supposed lounge furniture, outdoor patios with stretch wings, bars, sponsor and event large format print branding.
