Interactive Meetings and Events in November
It’s officially the fall, but these interactive meetings and events are heating up!
With the holidays right around the corner, we have not let our foot off the gas (no pun intended)! All of the meeting services we provide were utilized to the fullest including Audio Visual, Scenic Fabrication, Vinyl Printing, and Creative Services. From building the Barstool Sportsbook Booth at the Phoenix Raceway to fully producing the ASU Legends Luncheon at the Sheraton in Downtown Phoenix, there is not a single interactive meeting or event that Merestone cannot do!
Whitney Fusion – Custom fabrication and installation on a quick turnaround!
Merestone Productions had less than two weeks to design, build and install two modern stage concepts for Whitney Fusion’s interactive meeting event in Southern California. Anchored by a floating LED frame in the center of the stage, our creative team developed a sharp aesthetic inspired by the Silicon Valley tech firms that would be in attendance. Because the meeting featured executives from the top fortune 500 companies, it was important that the design incorporated customization from speaker to speaker. The build materials—MDF, wood, premium gloss and matte finishes—brought the high-end look and feel together.
JW Marriot Desert Ridge Celebration – Custom Scenic Fabrication and Photo Op
JW Marriot wanted to do something special to celebrate their 20th Anniversary. Merestone has designed and fabricated many photo ops and installations for Desert Ridge, including Super Heroes of Summer and the Smore Shack. Once again, our scenic fabrication team was ALL in on the build-out. They did an amazing job fabricating and installing this beautiful 10 feet tall sign. The “2”, the JW Marriot logo, and the words along the base were cut using our CNC Machine which allows us to cut through wood and some metals. Fun fact, the base is not actually wood, but a wood vinyl print!
Barstool Sportsbook at the Phoenix Raceway
Starting off the month strong for interactive meetings and events, Merestone Productions headed to The Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, AZ to support the Barstool Sportsbook Booth for Penn-Interactive. This experiential booth featured the work of our signage and print team. The custom circular logos and signage were printed by our team along with the vintage gas station pumps that were vinyl wrapped in Barstool’s red and blue colors!
